ACT Workforce Challenges
We know workforce shortages are a significant issue for local tourism and hospitality businesses.
That is why the ACT Government is working with the University of Canberra on a research project to better understand the challenges you face when trying to attract the right employees.
The University of Canberra’s survey of ACT businesses is aimed at people with oversight of workforce, recruitment or skills in their organisation. This might be business owners, HR directors, senior executives or similar.
It is completely voluntary and anonymous with data going directly to University of Canberra researchers.
The results will inform how government, business and industry work together to find solutions and support businesses to recover and grow.
The survey closes midnight Friday 26 August 2022.
