    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Visitor Experience Officer to join the team at the Sarina Sugar Shed on a casual basis.

    The Role

    The Visitor Experience Officer is to deliver a high standard of customer service and provide visitors with an interactive and engaging experience at the Sarina Sugar Shed. The responsibilities of the position include carrying out guided tours, product sampling, food preparation and point of sale service within the gift shop and café.

    Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • Experience in tourism, hospitality or retail industry
    • QLD ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
    • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across a board range of audiences and the ability to adapt tours to meet visitors specific needs
