I gain great satisfaction providing high quality visitor servicing, and tourism projects – delivering significant economic and social return on investment for the communities in which I work.

Passionate about all aspects of tourism, and the Quality Tourism Framework, I consider myself a hand on practical tourism, events and visitor experience leader. I believe in recognition and respect, for all people including our traditional custodians, their culture, history and stories told through interpretation and experience based activity.

With a wide range of skills and experience across several industries including General Management, Tourism / Economic / Community Development, Visitor Servicing, Business Advice and Planning, Event Management, Marketing, Volunteer Management, Customer Service, WHS, and Financial Administration I am more than happy to share my experiences with anyone – please ask !

I have a passion for tourism, and community particularly within regional SA, and have been fortunate enough to be an SA Tourism Award Judge for the past few years and Chief Judge for the inaugural Top Tourism Town Awards in SA in 2021.

As Chair of the SA Visitor Information Centre Network, and founding member of the Association of Australian Visitor Centres i am committed to the provision of high quality visitor servicing to deliver sustainable tourism outcomes.

I pride myself on my work ethic and management style – To be diligent, honest and enthusiastic in the performance of duties whilst maintaining a high commercial acumen at all times. To be fair and reasonable, to empower, support, mentor, and lead by example.
