2017 – 2021-  joined BIG4 Holiday Parks leadership team in 2017 as Head of Park Recruitment, responsible for network growth across Australia, leadership and business development for holiday parks teams and their owners to grow their business.

2015 – 2017 Business development and network manager for Top Parks (formerly Top Tourist Parks of Australia) now part of the G’Day Group ‘Gday Parks’.

2003, over 12 years as an owner/operator of an award-winning holiday park with extensive practical hands on approach and comprehensive knowledge to all aspects of Park management, operations, property development and buisness finance

Over 15 years long association with local, regional, and state Tourism Organisations as Vice Chair and board member and 10years as dedicated awards judge at both State and regional level and Chair of Judges for Mid and North Coast region.

Experienced state and regional tourism awards judge, mentoring and submission writing specialist and honoured award winning entrant at North Coast Tourism Awards , NSW Tourism Awards and Qantas Australian National awards.
