Recommendations for an online software
What kind of data management software do you use at your Council and what are your pro and cons? We’re a regional Council based in Northern NSW and I’m looking into online softwares to manage contacts and databases with colleagues across multiple departments.
Preferably looking for:- An online system
- Multiple user access
- User friendly interface
- Access via desktop and mobile
- Option to categorise contacts
- Able to export EXCEL lists as needed
Any recommendations and feedback would be much appreciated.
