    The Role
    This role provides financial and administrative support to the Event Development team. The Business Operations and Finance Offer manages the myHQ (SAP) process pipeline for the Event Development division, encompassing all events across all portfolios. Administration of the finance / accounts payable processes within the Event Development management pipeline, including liaison with CS Connect (outsourced Corporate Services) and records management.

    Essential Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in Finance administration and Accounts processing
    • Relevant operations and finance experience including Finance administration and Accounts payable
    • Demonstrated expertise in working collaboratively with colleagues and building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and event partners
    • Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with attention to details and the ability to take initiative and be proactive
    • Ability to deliver agreed outcomes, work effectively under pressure as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines, organise work and set priorities
    • Excellent (SAP) knowledge and skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially excel)
