Flinders Island Business Inc. (FIBI) is driven to make a difference in the lives of the community and the local businesses on the Island.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support and grow business on Flinders Island. Flinders Island is part of Tasmania and is the largest Island in the Furneaux Islands.
The role
This position is not just about growing business and employment but also attracting new business.
It is an ideal career opportunity with flexible hours and focusing on promotion, employment, and business development.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain relationships and increase engagement between FIBI, industry partners, businesses, and Government.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
- Develop strategies to increase local employment opportunities.
Hours of engagement and salary package are negotiable, depending on the applicant’s skill set, transport, accommodation requirements….
