Manager – Tourism, Lachlan Shire Council (NSW)
Lachlan Shire Council is embarking on an ambitious and exciting program to capitalise on tourism opportunities across the shire. We are nearing completion of a new Visitor Information Centre in Condobolin at the site of the iconic “Utes in the Paddock” display. To assist us with running the Visitor Centre and delivery of our tourism initiatives, we are seeking a Manager – Tourism. This key role is responsible for overseeing the management of the new Visitor Information Centre and to ensure that all visitor services are aligned across the Shire. The position will also be responsible for tourism marketing and promotion and the delivery of strategic actions within Lachlan Shire Council’s Destination Management Plan. This position will require working on weekends and may require working outside of core business hours.
