  Australia’s South West (ASW), the region’s tourism organisation, is seeking to hear from local operators to help shape the new Wellness Tourism Strategy. The rise in popularity of wellness tourism and travel has shown strong economic returns domestically, and ASW is a destination already offering a diverse range of wellness activities, including nature experiences, wellness-based accommodations, and hospitality tours with a link to local produce. The ASW region has a significant opportunity to capitalise on the growing trend of wellness tourism to attract high yielding travellers.
