Manager Visitor Services – Business Operations, Rottnest Island Authority
This position is responsible for leading the financial performance of the directorate through revenue generation optimisation and delivering value driven experiences for overnight guests, day visitors, and island stakeholders.
With expertise in effective revenue strategies, strong relationship management skills and dedication to drive continuous improvement across business operations, this position will seamlessly integrate the visitor experience across StayRottnest and Pedal & Flipper Hire businesses.
The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current (not older than six months) and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
Eligibility: To be eligible for permanent appointment, it is essential to have Australian citizenship, New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status.
