  EOI: Operator/Manager of Hermannsburg Historic Precinct

  The Hermannsburg Historic Society is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified parties to manage and operate the Hermannsburg Historic Precinct, a 3.3-hectare nationally listed heritage site located 130 kilometers west of Alice Springs. The day-to-day commercial management and operation of the precinct will be conducted through a sub-lease arrangement with the Hermannsburg Historic Society.

  The Precinct encompasses the historical remains of the Finke River Mission Station, also known as Hermannsburg Mission, which holds the distinction of being Australia’s longest-running mission.

  Position Overview

  We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced tourism venue operator who can transform the Precinct’s considerable future potential into a successful reality.

  Application Process

  Interested parties are invited to request a detailed Expression of Interest (EOI) Prospectus, which will provide guidance for preparing your EOI submission.

  Please contact the Chair of the Hermannsburg Historic Society at hermannsburghistoricsociety@gmail.com to obtain the Prospectus.

  All EOIs must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, 18 October 2024, and should address the Selection Criteria outlined in the EOI Prospectus.
