An Enhanced Customer Experience in Regional Australia

Based in Perth, WA we are best known for our work with retail, tourism and service related businesses in regional centres. This includes presenting programs for regional towns and businesses on how to understand and positively influence present and prospective customers and how to conduct a Customer Experience Audit of your business or community.
As examples, Jan Collins and Jurek Leon of Terrific Trading were engaged by Tourism WA to prepare a series of workshops with follow up consulting and coaching for regional visitor centres in Western Australia. This program was rolled out for 23 clusters of visitor centres across WA between 2016 and 2018. More than 55 visitor centres participated in the full program with a further 30 involved in the workshops.
Jan and Jurek conducted workshops for retail and tourism businesses involved in the 12 month Business Improvement Program in 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018 on behalf of the Northern Territory BEC. This program was also run for Darwin tourism operators in 2017. We conducted successful Positively Influencing Customers projects on behalf of the NT Dept of Business involving a workshop and one-on-one follow up coaching in Yulara, Tennant Creek, Gove, Katherine and Darwin.
In 2013 and 2014 Jurek developed and presented a ‘Valuing Visitors’ series of workshops for the WA Wheatbelt Commission to assist 17 struggling small towns in WA’s Wheatbelt.
