A hands-on social market researcher, Tom has extensive field experience conducting research to assist destinations to better understand their current and potential visitors. With a background in strategic marketing, Tom communicates insights which go on to support organisations to bring visitors down-funnel from awareness to consideration, commitment, spend and loyalty. His work is well known to a range of Victorian and interstate destinations and attractions.
Tom is also a Director managing AustraliaNOW and AustraliaSCAN. These two market-leading studies have been tracking Australian culture for more than thirty years. Working with this data, Tom has a contemporary view on the mood of the nation and the prevailing trends influencing how consumers think, feel and act.
