City of Greater Bendigo: Visitor Services Support Officer – Casual
We have an exciting opportunity for four staff members to join our Visitor Services team, two at Bendigo Visitor Centre (51-67 Pall Mall, Bendigo VIC 3550) and two at Heathcote Visitor Centre (High St, Heathcote VIC 3523), to assist customers by providing advice on the region, provide retail service, plan itineraries and book accommodation, tours, and tickets.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to browse and research on the Internet. Effective time management skills and the ability to work as part of a highly motivated team are essential.
A satisfactory police records check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
The Bendigo and Heathcote Visitor Centres are open every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
