VTIC invites you to join a COVID-19 Recovery Masterclass for practical, interactive, and individual assistance to plan the recovery of your business.

As we move into Phase D of Victoria’s Roadmap, planning strategies for COVID outbreaks in your business and developing plans for a financially resilient operation is vital, and VTIC has developed a masterclass to provide support as you move through this phase.

The masterclass will be presented in Melbourne, and regionally in Ballarat, Shepparton and Traralgon. These workshops are free for tourism and event businesses to attend.

    Masterclass content

    • COVIDSafe operations– including exposure site management and an in-depth review on how to set yourself up and manage in the event of your business being a confirmed COVID site.
    • Cashflow health check– how to prioritise tasks to ensure regular cash flow and customer flow to increase your bookings in a COVID normal world.
    • Industry intelligence– future business objectives and strategic plans and an overview of Phase D COVID settings and your business obligations specifically targeted to the tourism industry.
    • Mental health and wellbeing– how to meaningfully incorporate mental health into your business and ways to check-in and support your team.

    90-Day Accountability Program

Following the session you will be invited to a support program that will include weekly sessions of mentoring, feedback, sharing of market learnings, peer support and collaboration with participants from the workshops. This ongoing support program is optional and is provided to participants at no charge.

These workshops are being presented jointly by Allan Briggs from Crisis Shield, Bronwyn White from New Young Consulting and Danielle Hose from VTIC. Together, Allan, Bronwyn and Danielle represent over 50 years of experience in crisis management, mental health and tourism. Their exceptional technical knowledge and hands-on practical approach will be invaluable to attendees of the masterclass.

These critical sessions have been developed by VTIC in partnership with the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.

All sessions are being provided to VTIC members and non-members FREE of charge. A working lunch will be provided for participants.
