Taronga is looking for driven and motivated individuals who are interested in joining our Guest Experience team.
About the role…
Taronga prides itself on guest experience and is seeking motivated individuals to work across the following areas:
Sales, Admissions, Tours & Encounters
As a Guest Experience Officer (GEO) you will be the first point of contact for zoo guests with the primary role of delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the zoo’s activities and selling a range of guest experiences.
Hire Facility
As a Guest Experience Attendant (GEA) you will not only facilitate the hiring our zoo themed bikes and electric carts you will undertake non-mechanical maintenance and provide safety information to guests regarding operating hire equipment.
About you…
To be on the forefront for these exciting opportunities you will demonstrate an ability to:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, motivation and time management skills
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude with a positive approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate an ability to work well within a diverse team
- Flexible availability across week days, weekends and school holidays
- Hold a current NSW Driver’s License or ability to have existing license formally recognised for applicants over 18
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check for applicants over 18
