This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our outstanding team and support with all online and offline marketing for the resort. This is a fixed-term Maternity Leave cover position for approximately 6-12months.
About you
You will be a highly experienced and self-motivated Marketing Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry and the luxury market.
About the opportunity…
· Develop and effectively execute annual marketing plans for EOOWV including (but not limited to) promotions, partnerships, media, social and trade strategies
· Support and drive EOOWV on-property marketing including Spa, Activities and Food& Beverage
· Drive Public Relations strategies for EOOWV in collaboration with the global Kerzner public relations agencies on record and manage their day to day requirements
· Establish, develop and execute collaborative partnership activities to drive EOOWV awareness, increase reach, generate conversion and support repeat visitation
· Execute integrated B2C and B2B marketing communication strategies across all online and offline marketing channels
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Extensive marketing related experience
- Minimum of undergraduate education
- Strong leadership skills
- Management reporting skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and formal presentation style)
- Strong Indesign and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
