  POSITION VACANT: Parks and Visitor Services Coordinator, Geraldton WA

  Geraldton boasts a beautiful coastline, a great climate and lifestyle and all of the amenities of a regional city centre. It is an ideal base for exploring the many spectacular natural and cultural features of the Midwest Region of Western Australia.

  Under the limited direction of the Operations Manager, the Parks and Visitor Services Coordinator:

  • Coordinates the parks and visitor services program in the Geraldton Work Zone, ensuring high quality outcomes are produced in a cost effective manner and in accordance with the department’s management policies, practices and guidelines.
  • Responsible for management planning, community liaison, program budget, business plans, capital works programs and managing staff within the parks and visitor services program in relation to parks and reserves in the district.

  The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
