Leading the Visitor Services team at Phillip Island, you will have responsibilities including delivering key objectives of the Visitor Services Business Plan, managing the Phillip Island Visitor Services Team, as well as meeting all of the compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements with key stakeholders such as Phillip Island Nature Parks and Destination Phillip Island.
Your expertise in operations and customer service, ability to make decisions during peak times without organisational support, and ability to represent Council professionally combined with your ability to manage and lead staff will help you succeed in this role.
It is expected that you have previous team leader experience, a tertiary qualification in Tourism, Business Administration or a related field, along with significant experience in a Visitor Information Centre.
