Building on the huge success of last year’s storytelling session, we invite John Pastorelli back to Convention. The ageless and timeless craft of story is becoming an ever more popular means of communicating ideas, thoughts and messages. It is also an invaluable means of exploring opportunities and pushing the boundaries as with the theme of this conference. Within this session we’ll explore the elements that make story so invaluable, with a particular focus on how stories can help regional Australia capture and tell their story so as to entice a greater percentage of the tourism traveller to venture and stay to experience these stories. We also discuss how story comes in many forms depending on your intention and purpose and how you can start to create the elements of your story in a few simple steps. Delegates will be highly stimulated, have fun and progressively build their skills, to be able to deliver their own story.
