TOURISM & EVENTS OFFICER
Part Time – 17 Hours per Fortnight
Fixed Term (7 Months)Shire of Northam is seeking the services of a vibrant and energetic Tourism & Events Officer. The successful candidate of this exciting role will have previous experience in providing a high level of customer service delivery in a sales and information environment. The Tourism officer will assist in ensuring the day to day operations of the Centre are carried out in a professional effective manner and the tourism information needs of customers are met to the highest possible standard. The successful applicant will also assist with the administration and implementation of a range of community development events to promote and enhance the Shire of Northam.
This position is level 4 (Local Government Industry Award 2020) with a salary range of 52,044.50 to $54,816.03 per annum (pro rata), dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience.
