- Casual (up to 7.5 hours per week)
- From $33.55 per hour plus superannuation & allowances
- QLD Local Government Industry (Stream A) Award – State 2017 – Level 1 – 2
- Weekend and after-hours work required
Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to act as a tour guide at Roma’s Big Rig and Night Shows. You will be required to learn quickly and provide accurate information to visitors in an engaging manner.
You will thrive working with a diverse range of people, providing them with a positive experience when visiting the Big Rig / Visitor Information Centre facility.
A strong candidate for this role will have:
- Current C (Car) Class Driver Licence
- A current work with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role although not mandatory, would be beneficial to the role
- Ability to confidently speak to large groups of people and provide accurate information
- Willingness to work casual shifts both after hours and during weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
