Position Vacant: Visitor Information Services Officer
Part-Time – Fixed Term (7 months) | Reference No: HR039/2
Position located at Esk (and/or Kilcoy, Fernvale, or Toogoolawah)
This role assists the tourism team increase the public profile of Somerset and encourages tourism as a growth industry for the region.
Focus areas include facilitating daily operations of visitor information centres within the region, coordination of a volunteer program as well as the organisation of tourism and promotional events. Creative flair coupled with exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the applicable Award and Certified Agreement with the classification payable being Level 2 with a salary range of $56,600 – $60,372 gross per annum, pro-rata.
