Since early 2008 Kiikstart has specialised in business planning and development for the corporate, government ,tourism and hospitalty sectors.

Our clients regardless of size, aim to be the pace setters and influencers in their industries and keep ahead of the game. Much of our work is how to successfully imbed change and technology into workplaces with a strong focus on building robust talent within the skills needed for success beyond 2022.

Since 2012 Kiikstart has built a solid reputation designing and delivering modern, successful models of regional visitor servicing across 17 South Australian regions and Tasmania. Each of these innovative servicing models have been designed to be creative, commercial and community spaces in which to showcase and develop the visitor economy in a changing market.

The latest example is a full re-development of the Barossa VIC in 2019 which saw large increases in visitation and sales – I am happy to share the results so reach out if you want to know more.

Ali Uren has created and facilitated training for TICSA, has been a judge and mentor for the SA Tourism Awards and is currently coaching and mentoring young tourism professionals across Australia working in partnership with Australian Regional Tourism, as part of the Emerging Tourism Professionals Program.
