Belinda has over 20 years of experience working in Regional Tourism businesses. Although her career in tourism started earlier it was a year spent travelling Australia by Caravan that solidified her love for Regional Australia and the untouched beauty and quirks of small regional towns.

Belinda has diplomas in Travel, Tourism and Business Management. She has a passion for the hospitality industry with a strong focus on Customer Service. Belinda holds a TAE which has enabled her to support and mentor owners and managers of hospitality businesses throughout NSW regional areas.

Over the past 24 yrs. Belinda has mostly Managed large regional tourism businesses within the Holiday Parks sector but also started and managed her own business focused on customer service, sales training and recruiting management teams for other tourism businesses. Strong relationships with key stake holders and a solution focused attitude have assisted Belinda to achieve a solid understanding of the businesses she supports.

Currently working as General Manager of Business Development for BIG4 Holiday Parks Australia, Belinda and her team of BDMs are the key contacts for over 180 BIG4 park owners and their staff assisting them to grow their businesses, the BIG4 brand and its member base.

Belinda believes there is no better time to promote regional tourism, people are looking for new and exciting ways to holiday and ART is in a perfect position to support this through increased awareness and exposure to new markets. Business development through owner and staff support and training should play an integral role in facilitating regional growth.
