Highly skilled in all facets and intricacies of the business, in particular – Operational Salvage, Efficiency Appraisals, Business Transformation, Masterplanning, Strategy, Placemaking, Development, Owner Representation, Asset Management, and Performance Coaching.
We specialises in process planning, strategy implementation, uncovering operational efficiencies, activating additional revenue streams, unique innovative experiences and energising operational teams to maximise existing revenue opportunities.
Our principal, Ciaran Handy is also an experienced tourism Board Director. He holds a Full Real Estate Licence and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council amongst other accolades.
