I have held roles such as in tourism/economic development (infrastructure and product development), destination management, tourism marketing, vocational education in the tourism, business and hospitality fields, visitor information centre management, food and beverage management, travel sales and other roles. Having owned my own business, worked for private enterprise and for the public sector, I understand tourism, travel and hospitality from a range of perspectives.
