Thanks Glen and ultimately it first requires education, vision and enlightenment of key decision makers within local government – including elected members. This process needs to be backed by robust strategy, plans and data to showcase the return on investment when the model is right. Only once we get the buy in can we get creative.

Thanks Sarah and you are right on about the desire to connect in with the people behind the brand. People are wanting hands on, real experiences and even if that means getting slight dirty! After 2020 the need to get connected will be greater than ever.
