He is a former CEO of BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia, Tourism & Events Qld, Brisbane Lions AFC, Richmond Football Cub and Australian Grand Prix Corporation. His key skill is transforming and growing brands and businesses by developing clear business strategies supported by high performing teams and a strong culture. All strategies and business plans have clear measurable performance outcomes. This often requires developing a new culture and solving major legacy issues.

Steven has the unique background of not only having extensive strategy development, sales, marketing and digital transformation experience through advising and managing some of Australia’s highest profile brands, but he is also a trained commercial lawyer and accountant.
