I am the founder of The B Hive, a business transformation consultancy focusing on tourism, hospitality, destinations and cruise sectors. I drive innovation, deliver growth, tourism strategy and business transformation. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential through strengths-based coaching and helping organisations more positively, through the disruption of change.  I develop strategies with the ability to optimize performance, differentiate, and innovate. I am experienced in leading change, transforming businesses and building internal alignment to accelerate growth and ensure business sustainability.

With more than 25 years’ experience in travel and tourism, I have played leading roles in contemporizing organisations and embedding a vital focus on experiential travel.   A seasoned C-Suite Executive at TFE Hotels, Carnival Australia, P&O Cruises, AAT Kings/Inspiring Journeys, Contiki, and more. I have built my career around enabling global companies to pivot, transform and capitalize on rapid growth opportunities.

I have a strong connection to the startup community acting as an adviser and advocate for Slingshot, Australia’s largest corporate accelerator and advising and connecting early-stage startup companies to corporates that are embracing new technology and innovation.
