Thanks for sharing and unfortunately this is an antiquated model due to a lack of insight and knowledge – and commonly held beliefs about the role of a VIC.

Thanks Sarah and you are right on about the desire to connect in with the people behind the brand. People are wanting hands on, real experiences and even if that means getting slight dirty! After 2020 the need to get connected will be greater than ever.
