Robin is the founder of award-winning consultancy business Wine Tourism Australia and a recognised global wine tourism expert.  Her company’s focus is helping wineries and wine regions maximise their tourism and direct sales potential through practical experience development workshops and tailored management programs.

She has an extensive wine and tourism background that includes management roles at Jacob’s Creek, South Australian Tourism Commission, Australian Grape & Wine (formerly Winemakers’ Federation of Australia) and Adelaide Hills Wine Region.  Recent projects include developing and delivering Wine Australia’s Growing Wine Tourism program (2018-2020), South Africa’s Wine Tourism Toolkit (2019) and researching a series of travel guides to Australia’s Best Cellar Doors with renowned wine writer Jeremy Oliver (2022).

Industry leadership and educator roles include committee member of Wine Industry Suppliers Australia, Wine Communicators of Australia mentor, University of Adelaide Course Coordinator and Lecturer in Wine Tourism (Master of Wine Business program), co-founder of cellar door training program Vintuition, and leader of International Wine Tourism Study Tour programs for trade.

Robin’s industry insights and dynamic presentation style have led to her emergence as a highly regarded public speaker at forums such as the annual International Wine Tourism Conference. Her industry contributions were recognised in 2019 by winning the Wine Industry Impact Award for Tourism.
