Game on! It’s a lovely space to be in, with farmer’s markets and farm gate experiences offering people the chance to to take home the flavors of the destination, and restaurants providing indulgent dining experiences. We’ve got a few trails (Here’s our raw vegan blog http://bit.ly/vegetarianfoodtrail) and we’re about to launch a slow food guide in print and digital. I love how it’s tied to the seasons, meaning conversations are always new and happening. We are always on the lookout for amazing ‘food in place’ pics that Restaurant Australia will love too!
