Position Vacant: Weddings and Functions Lead
Work Type: Part-time, minimum 32hrs/ week (will negotiate full-time hours)

About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated star to join our team in the role of Weddings and Functions Lead. This role will see you:
- Effectively sell, plan and coordinate functions (including parties, corporate activities, conferences etc.)
- Promote and manage wedding tours with potential clients whilst viewing our numerous ceremony and reception options
- Identify new trends and deliver products or services within the hospitality environment, in addition to collaborating with our wider team in updating a range of offerings
- Work with and lead our team of administrators in all elements of function and wedding administration.

Essential Criteria
- A commitment to Summerland Farm and Aruma’s Code of Conduct
- Relevant Cert III in Events Management with a minimum two years’ experience delivering functions and/ or weddings
- Ability to confidently build relationships, and engage well with a diverse range of people
- Excellent customer service skills
- A current Australian driver’s license.
