Who are we?
This site captures the outputs of the 2021 APEC digital workshop series titled ‘Exploring innovative digitalisation for tourism MSMEs in developing APEC economies: What can we learn from tourism’s response to COVID-19?’ This online workshop series and accompanying report has been commissioned by the APEC Tourism Working Group.
These workshops, organised by the Australian APEC Study Centre, were held online in April, 2021 with the intention to bring economies from the APEC region together to explore how micro, small and medium size enterprises have used digital tools and business methods to innovative in tourism – especially in response to COVID-19.
