    Positions Vacant: Sales and Reservations Officers, PSC Koala Sanctuary

    The Perfect Opportunity
    We’re currently looking for sales and reservations superstars to join our vibrant and energetic team! You’ll engage customers by adding your own charming personality to each call. You’ll build rapport and retain customers by understanding their needs and offering unforgettable holiday solutions to drive brand loyalty and advocacy for Council’s Beachside Holiday Parks and Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary.

    You’ll also be required to:

    • Put your multi-tasking skills to the test by navigating through multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement on the phone
    • During off peak periods Sales and Reservation Officers may be required to work at other Beachside Holiday Parks locations.

    The team has 2 positions available under the following working arrangements. You’ll be asked in your application to outline which position/s you will be applying for.

    • PSC1039: Work a minimum of 60 hours up to 76 hours over 2 weeks on a 7 day roster, with a level of flexibility needed to meet operational needs.
    • PSC1040: Work a minimum of 45 hours up to 76 hours over 2 weeks on a 7 day roster, with a level of flexibility needed to meet operational needs.

    • Your excellent sales ability to upsell, cross sell and convert enquiries to bookings
    • How you build rapport with both internal and external key players

    • TRP Range: PSC1039: $48,385 – $52,470 pa per 30 hours per week (includes 9.5% superannuation + retention allowance)
      PSC1040: $36,288 – $39,353 pa per 22.5 hours per week (includes 9.5% superannuation + retention allowance)
