The Town of Claremont is a progressive local government that was established in 1898 for the picturesque riverside suburbs of Claremont and Swanbourne. It is a busy and forward focused local government with dedicated staff who are committed to making a difference at a local level.
The Town has a unique proposition with a wetland, foreshore, vibrant town centre, public art, community events program and regional museum, all located within minutes of the ocean and City. The Town is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to lead the small and dedicated tourism and events team, focussing on the key areas:
- Claremont Town Centre
- Claremont Museum
- Community Events Program
- Public Art Program
$100,052.31 per annum + up to 13% super
Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeks
Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available
