Thanks for the great insights Katrina and it is key every business knows its brand and what the associated value are. Not every “opportunity” is in fact an opportunity – I am concerned Operators will be making ill informed decisions through desperation.

Thanks for the comments Tony and in my work I am striking a balance between strategy and tactics. I totally agree that most businesses have not done the work on what people are wanting, where the trends are going and what the data is telling us.
