A stint helping out at the Geraldton Visitor Centre helped our team understand what type of information visitors to the region were searching for which prompted the development of a new series of Grab and Go Information sheets. Whilst we all thought that Social Media and Digital Platforms were being used to provide visitors with what they need, to our surprise we found that the old hard copy still is popular. So my question is…in this digital age are we getting the best outcome for our destinations by shifting to digital platforms?
