Australian Regional Tourism and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) are excited to present their partnership, aimed at elevating governance and professional development for Australia’s regional tourism boards.

As the national governance peak-body, the AICD provides membership services, events, governance policy and advocacy, online services, and face-to-face education programs. This partnership is pivotal in ensuring ART members have access to the most up-to-date training and development. 

AICD provides short courses on not-for-profit governance and other subjects of concern to directors such as cyber security, climate change governance and financial governance. These courses aim to expand knowledge and skill sets within the tourism industry. 

The AICD Company Directors Course™  is designed for directors that are looking to understand director roles and responsibilities in-depth, who wish to take their boardroom performance to the next level and improve their impact in today’s evolving business landscape.

As part of our partnership with AICD, the Company Directors Course™ will be tailored specifically to the tourism industry and offered at the discounted rate of $8,000 + GST (normally $11,200 + GST).
