Delegates will have access to the Agritourism Conference Group within the Hub. This group will contain presenter information, pre conference primers and discussions groups. Following the conference any digital resources such as presentation slide decks, recordings and handouts will be made available.

The conference will be held at the Mercure Ballarat Hotel and Convention Centre located at 613 Main Road, Ballarat.
The Mercure offers a range of accommodation and are pleased to offer the below rates for Conference delegates:
- Single accommodation & breakfast @$171 per room per night
- Twin/Double accommodation & breakfast @$191 per room per night
- Two-bedroom Apartment & breakfast @$291 per apartment per night
