The Tourism Hub is a collaboration between the government and private sector to develop a central platform to access tourism research, news and opportunities.
Integrated within the Tourism Hub is the Australian Regional Tourism Social Community. Its purpose is to end isolation and facilitate connectivity in regional destinations. Connecting with like-minded tourism professionals enables us to share knowledge and advice, and to collaborate on developing best practice solutions to common challenges.

Do I need to be an ART member to access The Tourism Hub?
No, it is not compulsory to become a member of ART to access the tourism hub however, ART is a not-for-profit organisation and always appreciates your support. Your membership enables us to continue to advocate for regional tourism and deliver regional projects (including convention!) and provide access to resources such as The Tourism Hub to the regional tourism community.
Is there a cost to register on the Tourism Hub?
Can I promote my business or services on the Tourism Hub?
If you are a financial member of ART and would like to promote your business, you are most welcome to create a listing in the group “Professional Services”. As with all good online communities, there is a set of rules to keep the online community friendly and avoid unsolicited emails. Please review the rules here before promoting your business or services.
I didn’t receive an email to approve my registration, what should I do?
ART have removed the need for an admin approval for delegates to streamline the registration process. We will re-instate this system on the 30thNovember 2018. So, for now, you can log straight in and access all features on The Tourism Hub. For technical problems please contact email@example.com
Can I receive a copy of all convention delegate email addresses?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide all delegates contact details however, we have created The Tourism Hub to assist networking post-convention. Once you become “friends” with a member on the hub, you will be able to directly email them. We anticipate that all delegates welcoming follow up contact will register to access the tourism hub.
Can I receive a copy of the presentations at convention?
All available presentations from convention are uploaded to The Tourism Hub in the 2018 convention group.
Can I access the professional photos taken by Ryan Fowler Photography at Convention?
These images will be shared to the Tourism Hub via the news feed.
